trg was tiring.. haha.. the warm up alone already v tired.. got sprinting.. hehe.. following on was like gg thru 3 sets of 5 stations.. got push up.. got the weird weird de train abs muscle.. den got knee bending exercise.. the dip at the benches.. and the star jump.. haha.. it was quite fun lah.. shout alot.. hehe.. the most diff part was at the end where we haf to train the back and side muscle.. hold it for 1 min.. it was realli tough.. hehe.. cannot tahan sia.. haha.. den got kicking.. trg was alright but tiring.. hehe.. everyone abit seh liao.. haha.. yup.. just another day.. i dun want hols to end just lidat.. hehe.. i want more FUN!! hee.. = )
